Preferred Contact Method

We receive a high volume of telephone calls daily. We do not employ a sales team so when you speak to us, you will speak direct with a designer and will not be faced with an hour of sales pitch from somebody who knows nothing about what we actually do!

A brief outline of our design process:

You (the client) contact us with an outline of your requirements by email or telephone.

If using the e-mail to contact us, please place the phrase "new inquiry" in the subject line of the e-mail and state the basics of your requirements and business. Please include a telephone number with your e-mail. We seldom reply to companies who do not provide basic contact information with their e-mail. We respect your privacy and will not share your details with any third party. Your contact details will only be used to help with your inquiry.

We will contact you with an estimate based on this outline.

If you are happy with the estimate we will proceed with the following:
Registration of any domain names you require.
Setup of a web hosting account if required.
Production of initial design and layout concepts which you can view online.
Once you are happy with the design concept, we will produce the pages for the site.
We will then transfer the site to your web hosting account.

Please Note:
For the first-time clients a 50% deposit is required with payment in full before the web site files are released or deployed.
